C'mon man, there's plenty of other filesharing sites.
And at the worst time too. DOA 5 just came out. :-(
Just dispute the claims. Use this:
"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."
The usage on this site counts as non-profit and educational, and you're just being copy-botted anyway. There isn't an actual human throwing these notices at you, just a machine that scans and shoots at stuff. So even a simple dispute notice will probably get you your stuff back.
hhmm didnt see that one, but myself I found
"Emerging Legal Issues with Video Games
Even the gameplay of a video game is protected by copyright law.
Posting video of personal gameplay online is a copyright infringement.
If asked to remove the video (known as a "cease and desist"), do so,
or risk a copyright lawsuit."

Thats odd, plenty of people do video game streams, and most are even youtube partners. Speaking of, to avoid the hassle of file hosts, you should just upload them to a youtube channel.
